The Problem:

Saturated soft soil caused the concrete foundation to subside. We believe the movement has stopped and has moved into place.

The Solution:

We applied lateral force, pushing the brick fence back to its original position. This caused the brick fence to separate from its concrete foundation. We filled this gap with our high performance structural grout which can easily withstand the load of the brick fence.
